Is the free version really free?
Yes. Everyday spending, bills, budgets, jars, goals, calendar and debt tracking have no trial clock or card requirement. Export is free too. Advanced Advisor and Life Plan tools are part of Pro, as listed above; they are not required for everyday tracking.
What happens when fixed-term Pro expires?
Pro access has a five-day grace period after its expiry date. After that, Pro-only tools lock again. Expiry does not delete your records, and export remains available. Free supports up to 15 products: existing products are retained, but adding more is restricted once you are at the free limit.
Which currency am I charged in?
No charge is available while checkout is closed. The prices on this page are in US dollars. They are not converted automatically into your account’s currency. Any purchase must show its payable currency, applicable tax and total before you agree.
Do you sell my data or show ads?
No. Purrsave does not sell your data or show advertising. Manual records are still personal data, even without a bank connection. Read the privacy policy and manage optional usage counts in Privacy choices.
What is marketplace payout matching?
When a marketplace pays you, it sends one lump sum with commission, shipping subsidies and promotions already taken out. Payout matching lines that deposit up against the orders it covers, so you can see what the platform actually took — not just what arrived.
Can I request a refund?
Pro purchases have a 14-day refund window under the Terms of use. To request a refund, use Contact with your account email, purchase date and payment reference. Never send a password or full card number. This does not limit rights you have under applicable consumer law. Read the refund and cancellation policy for the process.
